By decision of 11 November 2016, ANACOM has set the value of the t2 percentage contribution to be applied to relevant revenues reported by suppliers of electronic communications networks and services, with reference to 2016, at 0.6884%. Approval was also given to issuance of invoicing of the annual fee payable for the exercise of activity of provider of electronic communication networks and services in respect of 2016.
The relevant revenues of certain suppliers of communication services were made subject to review, following an audit conducted pursuant to a decision of ANACOM.
