Draft Regulation on provision of statistical information

By decision of 13 October 2016, ANACOM approved the draft Regulation on provision of statistical information.

It was decided to submit this draft Regulation to public consultation in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Statutes of ANACOM and Articles 99 and following of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Procedure Code) and to inform the Government member responsible for communications.

A period of 30 working days was established for interested parties to comment.
