The ERGP subgroup on End-to-End Competition and Access Regulation met last 7 September in Vilnius, Lithuania. The participants focused on discussing and drafting the “ERGP report on the development of end-to-end competition and access regulation across the EU member states in the light of recent jurisprudence concerning discount regimes in the postal sector”.
