The third meeting of the BEREC/IRGContact Network was held last 15-16 September in Limassol, Cyprus.
The following issues stand out among those considered:
- discussion of the working programme for 2017;
- he response to the Commission’s request regarding implementing acts of the policy for responsible use and sustainability of the abolition of retail roaming surcharges;
- the response to the Commission’s request regarding implementing acts that set the ceilings for the weighted average of maximum mobile terminal rates throughout the European Union.
Also presented was the preliminary version of the report on the study visit to the USA last 22-29 May, as well as various administrative questions.
Discussions at IRG level basically concerned administrative questions, especially concerning the budget and accounts.
