O Organismo de Reguladores Europeus das Comunicações Eletrónicas (BEREC) divulgou os documentos aprovados na última plenária, que decorreu a 6 e 7 de outubro de 2016, em Vilnius, Lituânia, nomeadamente os seguintes:

Foi também aprovada a proposta de programa de trabalhos para 2017, entretanto submetida a consulta pública até 2 de novembro de 2016.
