With its final decision of 15 September 2016, ANACOM approved the cost of capital rate for MEO Services and Multimedia Communications applicable to the 2016 financial year.
The respective draft decision had been notified to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of the other Member States of the European Union (EU). On 7 September 2016, the Commission responded with no comment.
The final decision now approved will be notified to the Commission and to BEREC.
