By decision of 4 August 2016, ANACOM has approved the draft final decision, for notification to the European Commission, the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications and the national regulatory authorities of other EU Member States, regarding the cost of capital rate of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO), applicable to financial year 2016.
Approval was also given to the report on the prior hearing and public consultation to which the corresponding draft decision was submitted, following ANACOM's decision of 25 May 2016https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1387421.
