It having been established that the company committed six offences in failing to include correct information in the Extranet on ducts and associated infrastructure, on 27 June 2016, MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia was made subject to a single fine of 38 thousand euros.
Notified of the decision and being in disagreement, the Accused appealed to the Tribunal da Concorrência, Regulação e Supervisão (Court of Competition, Regulation and Supervision).
