By decision of 21 July 2016, ANACOM has approved calculation of the costs of regulating the activity of provider of electronic communications networks and services, for the purpose of the fees payable in 2016, with an amount of 29,882,629 euros.
It was also decided to engage provision of auditing services to audit the suppliers of electronic communication networks and services which, in 2015, reported more significant sums of relevant revenues, of the providers reporting the largest reductions (compared to calendar year 2014), and a sample of providers selected at random from those remaining from the full list of providers, for the purpose of regulation fees and also to determine the distribution of the net costs of universal service.
