Calculation of regulation costs for 2016 fees - postal services

Pursuant to paragraph 3 of Annex IX to Administrative Rule no. 1473-B/2008 of 17 December, as amended by Administrative Rule no. 296-A/2013 of 2 October, and in accordance with article 44 of Lei Postal (Postal Law - Law no. 17/2012 of 26 April, as subsequently amended), by decision of 21 July 2016, ANACOM has determined:

• to approve the calculation of the costs of regulating the activity of postal service provider, for the purpose of the fees payable in 2016, with a sum of 2,167,300 euros;
• to approve the engagement of auditing services in order to carry out audits of the postal service providers which, in 2015, reported more significant sums of relevant revenues, of the providers reporting the largest reductions (compared to calendar year 2014), and a sample of providers selected at random from those remaining from the full list of providers.
