Actions set out in ANACOM's 2017-2019 Multi-Annual Plan under consultation


By decision of 28 July 2016, ANACOM has approved the launch of a public consultation on the actions of its Multi-Annual Activities Plan for the 2017-2019 three-year period and their respective timings - the first time this has been done.

By launching this public consultation, ANACOM is aiming to provide enhanced transparency to the market, increase regulatory predictability and promote greater involvement of all stakeholders in defining its role; these objectives also drove ANACOM to conduct the previous public consultation on the strategic guidelines governing the Multi-Annual Activities Plan 2017-2019, launched by ANACOM decision of 5 May 2016.

This public consultation, in which ANACOM heard stakeholders on the strategic priorities, lines of action and specific actions to be undertaken over the duration of the plan, has resulted in a range of important contributions, of which a significant number will be taken on board and incorporated into the plan. 

Interested parties are given a period of 20 working days to respond in writing (responses in Portuguese).  Comments should therefore be submitted no later than 29 August 2016, by email to plano2017-2019@anacom.ptmailto:plano2017-2019@anacom.pt1.

Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public. Therefore, for the purposes of publication on this website, interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses excluding items considered confidential.
