ANACOM has made available its Report on Regulation, Supervision and Other Activities for 2015.
This report is organised into 20 chapters: ANACOM's mission and activity; communication with stakeholders; market analysis; regulated offers; costing systems; universal service; number portability and pre-selection; international roaming; communications security; centralised information systems; radio-electric spectrum management; numbering; complaints; market and spectrum supervision; infractions; dispute settlement between operators; international presence; institutional and technical cooperation; advising the Government; litigation.
This report, responding to the obligations which stem from article 26, paragraph 1, point d) of ANACOM's Statuteshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1351851 - was sent to the Portuguese Parliament and the Government under the scope of Article 49, paragraph no. 3.
