Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015, commonly referred to as the Telecoms Single Market Regulation, requires BEREC to publish a set of guidelines on net neutrality by 30 August 2016.
In response to this requirement, BEREC submitted a set of draft guidelines to public consultation on 6 June 2016, for a period of six weeks (contributions by 18 July).
In order to disseminate this public consultation and promote debate on BEREC's guidelines, ANACOM is organising a workshop on 20 June, at 2.30 pm, to be held at the Mercure Lisboa Hotel in Lisbon. The workshop is aimed at all stakeholders, including operators, content providers, manufacturers, end-users, consumers and civil society in general.
Participation is free and open to all participants, but prior registration is required by 17th June. A registration form is available online.
