ANACOM decided to revoke, on 25 May 2016, the “68955” and “68954” access codes and the registration No. ICP ANACOM 1/2015 SVA granted to Euro da Sorte, Lda., for the exercise of the activity of provider of message-based value-added services.
This decision follows on from the failure by Euro da Sorte to comply with this Authority’s determination of 22 March 2016, as regards the adoption and implementation of corrective measures to maintain the provision of message-based value-added services, without affecting the rights of users.
The revocation of rights of use for the “62964” and “62965” access codes was also determined, due to the revocation of the provider registration held by the referred company.
This decision was notified to MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, NOS Comunicações and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais, to block access to codes allocated to Euro da Sorte.
