An extension of 5 working days has been given to the period provided for responses to the consultation launched by the Government on the draft amendment to Decree-Law no. 123/2009 of 21 May. This Decree-Law defines the legal regime governing the construction of infrastructure suitable for carrying electronic communications networks, the installation of electronic communications networks and the construction of telecommunications infrastructure in housing developments, urban settlements and concentrations of buildings and in buildings.
As such, comments in response to the consultation can now be sent up until 7 June 2016. Comments should be sent (in writing and in Portuguese) by email to dl-123-2009.rev@anacom.ptmailto:dl-123-2009.rev@anacom.pt1. Any items considered confidential should be properly identified.
