By decision of 7 April 2016, ANACOM has approved a revision of the settlement of fees due for the exercise of the activity of provider of postal services with respect to 2015, following receipt of information on relevant revenues from the companies Polientrega and Porta Notícias.
Accordingly, the correction of the value of relevant revenues had an impact on the t2 percentage, which was amended from 0.3000% to 0.2994% resulting in a refund of overcharged amounts in proportion to the relevant revenues used for the calculation of the fees already settled.
The new percentage t2 determines a review of the corresponding settlements, completed in 2015, with providers of postal services, a procedure that ANACOM will apply immediately.
