ANACOM's Consumers' Website visited over 900 thousand times in 2015


ANACOM's Consumers' Website, which was launched on 15 March 2011, received 930,344 visits in 2015 (information content and online services), an increase of 0.22% versus 2014.

The Website's information content received 278,360 visits, NET.mede received 312,108 visits, COM.escolha 146,524 visits, the "A ANACOM Responde" (ANACOM responds) service 169,548 visits and the ''Complaints Form'' received 23,804 visits.

All but one of the website’s components saw an increase in visits over 2015. The website’s information content saw a 6.06% increase in visits versus the previous year, "COM.escolha'' a 55,22% increase, ''A ANACOM Responde'' an increase of 29.72% and the "Complaints Form" an increase of 18.45%. Meanwhile, NET.mede saw a decrease of 25.81% in the number of pages viewed.

In total 2,615,934 pages were views, of which 622,792 pages correspond to information content, 796,074 pages to "NET.mede'', 713,547 pages to ''COM.escolha'', 429,365 pages to ''A ANACOM Responde'' and 54,156 pages to the "Complaint Form''. Compared to the previous year, there was an increase of 11.66% in the number of pages viewed.

Of all the information content, the content on "Switching and cancelling contracts'' got the most views. The page with the most views was "Problems with your provider?https://anacom-consumidor.pt/problemascomoseuoperador''.
