By decision of 20 January 2016, ANACOM has considered that the pricing proposed for the services encompassed by the universal postal service provided by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) complies with the pricing principles and criteria applicable to postal services comprising the universal service, as defined by ANACOM under its decision of 21 November 2014 (rectified on 25 June 2015).
In addition, ANACOM ordered CTT to disclose and publicise the new prices, including discounts and application conditions, no later than 5 working days prior to the date on which they are due to enter into force.
