By decision of 12 January 2016, ANACOM has approved the form to be used to apply for accreditation to access the SIC - Sistema de Informação Centralizado (Centralised Information System). The application form will be available on ANACOM's website. If possible, it should be completed electronically, but may be submitted in paper form if necessary.
Once an undertaking’s application has been submitted and examined, and the applicant's eligibility for accreditation to access the SIC has been verified, ANACOM will grant the application and send the access credentials to the undertaking in question.
