Under the terms of a Draft decision approved on 17 December 2015, ANACOM has denied a request for a temporary network licence presented by Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais on 29 September 2015.
It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of Vodafone, whereby the company is given a time limit of 10 working days to provide a written response as it sees fit.
