Renewal of rights of use of frequencies allocated in the 2100 MHz band for terrestrial electronic communications services

By decision of 17 November 2015, ANACOM has approved a draft decision to renew the rights of use of frequencies allocated in the 2100 MHz band to NOS Comunicações, MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia and to Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais for terrestrial electronic communications services.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties in accordance with the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), as well as to the general consultation procedure set out in Article 8 of LCE - Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114); in both cases, interested parties are given a period of 20 working days in which to comment.
