Draft final decision on MEO's cost of capital rate applicable to 2015 financial year - notification to the European Commission

By decision of 29 October 2015, AANACOM approved the draft final decision for notification to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities (NRAs) of the other Member States of the European Union (EU), on the cost of capital rate of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, applicable to the 2015 financial year.

Approval was also given to the report on the prior hearing and public consultation to which the respective draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1364319 (approved on 13 August 2015) was submitted. In response to these procedures, contributions were received from MEO and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais.
