Confidentiality of content in documentation sent by MEO in execution of the decision on the development of the DTT network

By determination of 1 October 2015, ANACOM determined the non-confidentiality of the content of two letters, sent to ANACOM by MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (formerly PT Comunicações) on 1 July and 11 November 2013, in execution of the decision of 16 May 2013https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1161743 on the evolution of the digital terrestrial television network (DTT).

Approval was also given to the report on the prior hearing to which the respective draft decision was submitted (draft decision approved on 13 November 2014https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1340083).
