By order of the Chair of Board of Directors of ANACOM, of 31 August 2015, approval was given to the request for extension, by 10 working days, of deadlines for responding to prior hearings and general consultation procedures on conclusions of the comprehensive investigation into the costs and earnings of the digital terrestrial television service (DTT) provided by MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, and on a draft decision on the wholesale broadcast market for delivery of content to end-users, including the definition of product and geographic markets, assessment of significant market power (SMP) and the imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations.
This decision is subject to ratification by the Board of Directors of ANACOM, at the first ordinary meeting to take place.
