Wholesale markets of voice call termination on individual mobile networks (market analysis and costing model)

By determination of 6 August 2015 and subsequent to notification of the corresponding draft decisions to the European Commission (EC), which informed ANACOM that it had no comments to make on the notified measures, ANACOM approved final decisions regarding (i) wholesale markets of voice call termination on individual mobile networks and definition of product markets and geographic markets, assessment of significant market power (SMP) and the imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations, and (ii) the mobile termination costing model - specification of the price control obligation.
