Results of audits of the net costs of universal service (2012) presented by MEO

By determination of 25 June 2015, ANACOM has approved the draft decision on the results of the audits of the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of universal service provision) presented by MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia with reference to 2012.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties, pursuant to the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), as well as to the general consultation procedure laid down in article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114). Under both procedures, a period of 20 working days is provided for interested parties to comment.
