By decision of 28 May 2015, ANACOM has approved the 2014 report on administrative costs and the amount of fees to be charged, as referenced in points a) to d) of paragraph 1 and paragraph 5 of article 105 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, as amended and republished by Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114). The report will be published on ANACOM's website.
It was also decided to reimburse the various suppliers of electronic communications networks and services with a total amount of 1,660,690 euros. This reimbursement follows reductions in the cost of regulation with respect to 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 as a result of the cancellation of provisions.
