By decision of 13 March 2015, ANACOM has determined to set the minimum value and target value for the quality of service indicator: registered mail transit time (QSI11) at 89% and 91% respectively, to apply in 2016 and 2017.
ANACOM also adopted the report on the hearing of interested parties, on the hearing of organisations representing consumers and on the consultation to which the respective draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1344028 (approved on 30 December 2014) was submitted. In response to these procedures, contributions were received from CTT and DECO - Asociação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor (Portuguese Association for Consumer Protection).
