Approval of Radio Licensing Regulation

Decision of 05.03.2015 / Published on 12.03.2015

By final decision of 5 March 2015, ANACOM has approved the "Radio Licensing Regulation".

Likewise, approval was also given to the report on the public consultation to which the corresponding draft decision (approved on 20 November 2014) was submitted. In response to this consultation, timely contributions were received from the following undertakings DECO - Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor (Portuguese Association for Consumer Protection), PT Portugal SGPS, Solaris Mobile Limited and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais.
