By order of 6 March 2015, and under the terms of the Law of Electronic Communications (Law No. 5/2004 of 10 February), a declaration has been issued to the company Lycamobile Limited for the provision of the following services:

Mobile virtual telephone service (MVNO);
Resale voice telephone traffic;
Resale short data traffic (SMS);
Internet service provider (ISP);
Voice over Internet service (VoIP);
Data transmission.
