Denial of application regarding ''760'' numbering range

By decision of 19 December 2014, ANACOM has denied an application made by Acessos e Redes de Telecomunicações, by SIC - Sociedade Independente de Comunicação, by RTP - Rádio e Televisão de Portugal and by TVI -Televisão Independente seeking adoption of an urgent provisional and/or protective measure ordering the immediate cessation of the practice of Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais, which announced that, as of 5 January 2015, it would restore the measure whereby customers of current pre-paid tariff may only access the "760" numbering range if they maintain a second separate balance, with the availability of other options that allow use of the main balance for these calls.
