The Chairman of ANACOM's Management Board, Fátima Barros, appeared before Parliament on 30 April 2014 to provide information on the collection of the TMDP - Taxa Municipal de Direitos de Passagem (Municipal Fee for Rights of Way) by telecom companies from consumers in their monthly bills. The hearing was called by the Parliamentary Committee on Economics and Public Works.
