Rectification of the draft decision on the fixed termination costing model

By determination of 17 July 2014, ANACOM approved the rectification of a material error in its draft decision on the fixed termination costing model, as approved by determination of 10 July 2014. The rectification refers to a lapse detected on page 52 with respect to the period of the hearing, and replaces the text "a period of 20 working days", amending it to read "a period of 30 working days"; this in accordance with ANACOM's determination of 10 July and pursuant to article 148 of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code).
