Hearing on objectives and rules governing density of the postal network and minimum services presented by CTT

Considering that, pursuant to and in accordance with paragraph 5 of Base XV of the Universal Postal Service Concession, the revised proposal submitted by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) on 29 May 2014 did not yet correspond to the needs of users under the current legal framework, ANACOM decided, by determination of 26 June 2014 and pursuant to paragraph 6 of the same base:

• to set density objectives as regards postal establishments and other points of access to the postal network comprising the concession;
   
• to set objectives and minimum offers of services, including rules on minimum periods of operation of postal establishments.

Interested parties (users and concessionaire) are given a period of 20 working days in which to comment.
