By determination of 12 December 2013, ANACOM has decided to adopt and publish a report on the results of the oversight conducted with regard to the levels of quality of service provided by Correios de Portugal, S.A. (CTT) in 2011. This follows an audit promoted by ANACOM and the prior hearing of the company.
Likewise, ANACOM has approved a set of determinations and recommendations aimed at improving CTT's system to monitor quality of service indicators and complaints handling system.
This determination also defined the indicators on complaints to be measured and published by CTT pursuant to paragraphs 5 and 6 of article 41 of Law no. 17/2012 of 26 April.
