Billing and collection of penalties under the Reference Poles Access Offer of PTC - draft decision

By determination of 1 August 2013, ANACOM approved a draft decision to be notified to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of other Member States of the European Union (EU) as regards the billing and collection of penalties charged to the beneficiaries of the Reference Poles Access Offer (RPAO) by PT Comunicações (PTC).

Likewise, approval was given the report on the prior hearing and public consultation to which the corresponding draft decision was submitted, following determination of 16 May 2013; In response to these procedures, comments were received from the following undertakings: Grupo Portugal Telecom (comprising position of Portugal Telecom SGPS, PT Comunicações and TMN - Telecomunicações Móveis Nacionais), OniTelecom, Cabovisão, Vodafone Portugal and ZON TV Cabo Portugal.
