Draft decision on defining the methodology to be used for calculating the cost of capital of PTC - consultation

Determination of 1 August 2013, ANACOM has approved the draft decision on defining the methodology to be used to calculate the cost of capital of PT Comunicações (PTC), applicable from the 2012 financial year.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to a hearing of interested parties, under the terms of articles 100 and 101 of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), as well as to the general consultation procedure laid down in article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law - Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September). Under both procedures, a period of 20 working days is provided for interested parties to comment.
