Draft decision on billing and collection of penalties applied to the beneficiaries of the Reference Poles Access Offer of PT Comunicações

By determination of 16 May 2013, ANACOM has approved the draft decision on the billing and collection of penalties applied to the beneficiaries of the Reference Poles Access Offer (RPAO) of PT Comunicações, S. A. (PTC).

It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties, in accordance with articles 100 and 101 of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceedings Code), and also to the general consultation procedure as laid down in article 8 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, as amended by Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September. In both cases, interested parties are given a period of twenty working days in which to comment.
