Within the framework of its current activities, ANACOM is going to perform, once again, a quality of service survey to the services provided by mobile operators in Portugal, through analysis of the technical parameters that translate quality perception from the Consumer point of view.
In view of the evolution of mobile services in Portugal, with one of the highest penetration rates in the European Union, now there is a new to go into a new assessment phase, allowing assessing with more accuracy the quality of service provided by operators. The quality of service survey shall therefore take place more often throughout the year being also wider in terms of coverage.
