By determination of 10 January 2013, ANACOM has decided to approve and publish the report on the results of the verification performed as to the levels of quality of service provided by Correios de Portugal, S. A. (CTT) in 2010, following the audit organised by this Authority and subsequent to the prior hearing of the company.
