Approved revision of calculation of the rate of PTC's cost of capital applicable to 2011

By determination of 30 August 2012, ANACOM approved the final decision on the revision of the calculation of PTC's cost of capital (PTC), applicable to 2011, the respective draft decision was previously notified to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of the other Member States of the European Union. By letter dated 9 August, the EC stated its position without making comment.
