Non-compliance by PTC regarding amendments to LLRO and RELLO

By determination of 30 August 2012, ANACOM approved the decision related to the failure of PT Comunicações, S. A. to comply with the determination of 14 June 2012 concerning amendments to the Leased Lines Reference Offer (LLRO) and Reference Ethernet Leased Lines Offer (RELLO).
