By determination of 3 February of 2012, ANACOM has approved the decision on the unification, into a single title, of conditions governing the rights of use of frequencies for provision of terrestrial electronic communication services, as allocated to Optimus, TMN and Vodafone subsequent to the recent multiband auction.
This decision was submitted, in the correspondent part thereof, to the prior hearing of interested parties and to general consultation for a period of 20 working days. As such, comments should be sent no later than 2 March 2012 by email to titulos.unificados@anacom.ptmailto:titulos.unificados@anacom.pt. 1
Once the consultation procedure has been concluded, responses received will be published on this website. Therefore, respondents should also send a non-confidential version of their response for publication on this website, with any items considered confidential removed.
