Declaration

Under the terms of paragraphs 2 and 4 of article 17 of the Statutes of ERC - Entidade Reguladora para a Comunicação Social (Regulatory Authority for the Media), as approved by Law no. 53/2005 of 8 November, it is declared that Carlos Magno Castanheira has been co-opted as the fifth member of the Management Board of the ERC.
