Public tender launched for auditing of quality of service, complaints and information request indicators reported by CTT - Correios de Portugal

By determination of 27 October 2011, ANACOM has approved the launch of a public tender to conduct an audit of the quality of service, complaints and information request indicators reported by CTT – Correios de Portugal with reference to 2010 and 2011, and a study of actual mail to update the sample.
Approval was likewise given to the tender specifications, tender schedule and the composition of the tender panel.
