Simplification of contract termination procedures - consultation


By determination of 27 October 2011, ANACOM has given approval to the draft decision on the procedures required in the termination, by subscribers, of contracts governing the offer of publicly available electronic communication networks or services.

This draft decision has been submitted to public consultation for a period of 20 working days.  As such comments are to be received no later than 28 November 2011 and should be sent by email to proced.contratos@anacom.ptmailto:proced.contratos@anacom.pt.

Once the consultation procedure has been concluded, responses received will be published on this website. Therefore, respondents should also send a non-confidential version of their response for publication on this website, with any items considered confidential removed.
