Procedures required in the termination, by subscribers, of contracts governing the offer of publicly available electronic communication networks or services

By determination of 27 October 2011, ANACOM has given approval to the draft decision on the procedures required in the termination, by subscribers, of contracts governing the offer of publicly available electronic communication networks or services.

It was likewise decided to submit this draft decision to the general consultation procedure provided for in article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Electrónicas (Electronic Communications Law - Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, as amended by Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September), whereby a period of 20 working days is provided for interested parties to respond.
