Auction Regulation for allocation of rights of use of frequencies in the 450 MHz, 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2.1 GHz and 2.6 GHz bands

By determination of 17 October 2011, ANACOM has given approval to the Auction Regulation for the allocation of rights of use of frequencies in the 450 MHz, 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2.1 GHz and 2.6 GHz bands. Approval was also given to the report of the regulatory procedure laid down in article 11 of the Statutes of ICP-ANACOM, to which the draft regulation, approved by determination of 13 July 2011, was submitted.
