By order of 5 August 2011, and under the terms of the Law of Electronic Communications (Law No. 5/2004 of 10 February), a declaration has been issued to the company Kubi Wireless S.L. authorising provision of public the electronic communications network service (Wi-Fi) and Internet access service.
