Declaration issued to Smart Solutions for the provision of electronic communication services

By order of 30 December 2010, and pursuant to the Law of Electronic Communications (Law number 5/2004 of 10 February), the declaration which allows the Smart Solutions - Formação Profissional e Consultoria Unipessoal, Lda., to provide virtual calling card services.
